How far in advance should I book my bridal appointment?

We recommend booking your appointment 6–12 months before your wedding, as this is the ideal timeframe to ensure ample time for the design and creation process. If your timeline is shorter, please fill out our appointment form — we'll do our best to accommodate you based on availability.
How long does it take to create a custom bridal gown?

The entire process takes about 6 to 8 months from our initial design alignment to your final try-on. Crafting a gown completely from scratch is an intricate art that involves sourcing premium materials, drafting your exact patterns, and hand-finishing every detail. This timeframe also gives us total flexibility to handle your fittings comfortably, whether you are visiting us locally or managing your appointments from afar.
When will my dress be ready before the wedding?

Your gown is completed and ready 2 weeks prior to your wedding date. All fittings and finishing touches are handled before this point, so your dress is fully perfected and ready to wear well ahead of your big day.
Can I create my custom bridal gown without visiting the showroom?

Yes. We offer a fully virtual bridal experience for our international brides, allowing you to create your bespoke gown from anywhere in the world. Our team will guide you through every step of the process, from design consultations and measurements to final details and fittings guidance. Once your custom gown is complete, it will be carefully prepared and shipped directly to your doorstep.
Do you offer ready-to-wear (RTW) bridal gowns?

No. We specialize exclusively in bespoke bridal gowns, with each dress thoughtfully designed and crafted from the ground up to reflect the bride’s individual style, vision, and measurements. Every gown is custom made with careful attention to detail, ensuring a truly personalized bridal experience.

Every piece is carefully prepared to ensure it meets our standards of quality and craftsmanship. Delivery times vary depending on the item you've selected.

Ready to Ship
These items are in stock and are typically delivered within 3–4 weeks from the date your order is placed.

Made to Order
Crafted especially for you, these pieces require additional time for production. Please allow 4–6 weeks for production and delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to you.
What is the exchange and refund policy?

Please be advised that evening dresses are made to order and, therefore, are not eligible for exchange or refund. This policy complies with Article 13 of the Executive Regulations of the Consumer Protection Agency (CPA) Law.

Our custom-made service is exclusively dedicated to our bridal gowns. For evening wear, we offer a curated ready-to-wear collection available to shop directly through our website, featuring thoughtfully designed pieces crafted with the same attention to detail and quality.
Can I try on dresses before placing my order online?

Absolutely. We invite you to visit our showroom at GARDEN 8 to discover and try on our collections in person before making your purchase. To provide each client with a personalized and dedicated experience, showroom visits are available by appointment only.
